"I've been using for a couple years now, just at night. I was told to apply first, before any other serum, i. e. , retinol, etc. Apparently the capsules help other serums to absorb better. I now just began using during day, too. I have older, mature, dry, skin, so this isn't a problem for me. It absorbs quickly. I use it the same way I use at night; before any other serum."
