I have only used it a handful of times but my skin isn't feeling irritated at all. I love how this toner feels! It is very soothing and I'm hoping it will help lighten my dark spots with a longer term usage!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not sure of the sifference between a toner and a toning lotion, so I applied it as a toner. The product is silky and leaves your skin soft and hydrated. It did appear to remove excess dirt that was missed with my cleanser. Product has a nice, light hint of fragrance. I do think that it has great hydrating appeal.
